Welcome to UAP ("we," "our," or "us"). UAP is a unified platform for managing digital assets, participating in decentralized node mining, and accessing secure crypto wallet services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
Key Point: UAP takes your privacy seriously. Your private keys and mnemonic phrases are generated and stored securely on your device — we never have access to them. We use Sentry for crash reporting to improve app stability.
2. Information We Collect
UAP is designed with privacy in mind. Here is what the app handles:
Information You Provide:
- Account Information: Email address, nickname, and password when you create an account.
- Profile Data: Optional avatar image and display name for personalization.
- Wallet Activity: Wallet addresses and transaction records necessary for crypto operations.
- Verification Codes: OTP codes sent via email for account security verification.
Collected Automatically:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and security.
- Crash Reports: When the app crashes, anonymous technical information (device model, OS version, crash stack trace) is sent to Sentry to help us fix bugs. No personal data is included.
- Usage Data: Anonymous interaction patterns within the App to help us improve the user experience.
What We Do NOT Collect:
- We do not collect your private keys or mnemonic phrases — these are generated and stored securely on your device.
- We do not perform any cryptocurrency mining on your iOS device.
- We do not collect your precise geolocation data.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.
- App Functionality: To enable core features including wallet operations, node mining dashboard, staking, and transaction processing.
- Security: To protect your account, detect fraudulent activities, and ensure the integrity of our platform.
- Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, identify bugs, and improve the App's performance and user experience.
- Communication: To send important notifications related to your account, transactions, and security alerts.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:
- Encrypted Token Storage: Authentication tokens are stored using platform-native secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
- Private Keys: Generated locally on your device and stored in encrypted secure storage. We do not have access to your private keys.
- API Communication: All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- JWT Authentication: Secure token-based authentication with automatic token refresh.
- User-Scoped Cache: Local cache data is isolated per user and cleared upon logout.
Important: While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
5. Third-Party Services
UAP uses the following third-party services. These services do not collect personally identifiable information:

UAP does not display ads, does not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes, and does not use any ad-related tracking SDKs.

- Safety & Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of UAP, our users, or the public.

Blockchain Notice: Blockchain transactions are inherently public. When you perform on-chain transactions (deposits, withdrawals), wallet addresses and transaction amounts are recorded on the public blockchain and are visible to anyone.

- Access & Update: You can access and update your profile information directly within the App settings.
- Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting our support team.
- Data Export: You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us.

- Device Permissions: Camera and Photo Library permissions are used solely for scanning QR codes and updating your profile avatar. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

UAP is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
